“Attending the CEA Summit for the first time revealed to me that I had unwisely convinced myself that our company was small and discreet enough to fly under the radar of radical leftists attempting to cancel and discredit our larger clients – several of which were CEA members before us. Today, we are more prepared, and we fully accept the risk that comes with helping Christian- and conservative-led companies to state the most important things clearly by making their documents clear, clean, correct, and concise.
“Partnering within the CEA ecosystem even clarified our vision to become the editorial partner of choice relied on by an elite network of executives leading in liberty, clarity, and conviction. Thanks to CEA, we are determined to prove ourselves an invaluable partner to businesses and ministries faithfully fighting for religious freedom, limited government, free markets, and authentic gospel application in life and in letters.”

CEA Rescission Filing with the Trump Administration – OMB – 2025-06316
The Christian Employers Alliance (CEA), strongly urges the immediate rescission of Order 1920 due to its harmful economic, operational, and ideological implications. The order mandates massive new investments in renewable transmission infrastructure that impose extreme financial burdens on ratepayers – especially small and mid-sized business owners who are already struggling with rising energy costs.
On March 5, the federal court of North Dakota sided with CEA and its members in our battle to uphold the religious freedoms of Christian-owned and -led businesses. “This ruling could not have come at a better time,” said Shannon O. Royce, J.D., president of the Christian Employers Alliance.
“Now that the EEOC is aggressively prosecuting businesses that don’t abide by the administration’s transgender mandates, it is imperative that Christian businesses protect themselves – and we can help. All current and future members of CEA will receive the protections afforded by this consequential ruling.”
